Co-extruded Plastic Corner Protector
A major player in the national steel industry approached Dutex seeking a protection solution for metallic materials. They brought a reference and asked if it would be possible to develop something similar.
- Reverse engineering analysis of the reference product
- Development of specialized extrusion tools
- Adaptation of the co-extrusion process with non-woven fabric (TNT)
The result was the co-extruded plastic corner protector with non-woven fabric, now used in the operations of various clients. This project paved the way for Dutex's entire line of logistics products.
